Owner side of these projects: Gran Melia Nha Trang, Melia Nha Trang, New World Nha Trang, Hyde Nha Trang, Rixos Nha Trang, Azure Nha Trang, Attiko Nha TrangAs a part of the Hospitality Development Department, I am incharge of negotiating andmanaging HMA & TSA contracts with different operators (Accor, Meliá Hotels International,Rosewood Hotel Group and Sunset Hospitality Group). In project stage, I reviewArchitecture, Interior Design, Landscape, Lighting, Kitchen, Signage and Artwork fromconcept to construction design. I also analyze and evaluate the Feasibility Studies andProjections prepared by potential partners to support business development objectives ofthe company.Successfully open Gran Melia Nha Trang (95 villas, 325 keys, 1 Michelin-restaurant, 1All Day Dining, 1 Japanese restaurant, 2 bars, spa, gym, kids club, onsen, and 3 artificialprivate beaches) after two years of design and construction. Art & Signage Lead for the hotel.Awarded Best Employee of the Year 2022.

Project: voco Nha TrangAs an Assistant to Project Manager and Owner Representative, I focused on thedevelopment and management of the project strategic plans and program initiatives to meetthe goals and needs of the Owner. My main responsibility was to maintain a completecontrol and coordination between the Owner and the operating party - InterContinentalHotels Group. I was also in charge of reviewing and giving consultation on early operationaldocuments, such as Sales & Marketing Strategy, HR Planning, Pre-opening Budget,Operating Budget and Collaterals.

As a part of Front Office team, I assisted in providing customer focused service to ourguests. I involved in check-in, check-out process and coordinated with other departments toensure that all guest requests (including laundry, housekeeping F&B requests) and activities(sport & recreation, F&B) are met with efficiency.

Worked as Reservation Intern under Sales & Marketing Department. Iwas in charge of creating reservations, replying emails and requests prior guest arrivals.

Spent three months working as a F&B intern at the Main Restaurant, prepared backand front of house areas for service, learnt to serve the guests, table setups, basicknowledge about food and wine.
