 Manage the day-to-day and long-term technical/commercial aspects of a portfolio(225MW of S88- 2.1MW & S82-1.5MW of Suzlon make WTGs)of the region to ensure optimal project financial performance and maintain high asset values. Electrical, Mechanical & Hydraulic work on WTGs by referring engineering drawings of particular make of WTGs. Approving contractor invoices, invoice follow ups with DISCOM/TANGEDCO/BESCOM/CESCOM/HESCOM till LPS. Working with the operations team to understand and help resolve operational issues that affect financial performance. Working with specialists in Technical Performance Management to ensure best practice exchange and knowledge share across the portfolio of wind farms. Develop, maintain, and manage asset O&M procedures, policies, and work practices. As a customer Pre Joint inspection with Crane team, Review the lifting plan, Physically Function, to Ensure Safe Mechanical operations in Lifting. QHSE Document updation and audit of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 recertification. Supporting sites with commercial contract management and administration, approving, and expediting payments, procurement, and budgeting. Legal, Statutory and EHS Compliances management for sites as QHSE head.

 Handling asset of 225 MW of Wind & 7.73 MW of Solar.Day to day monitoring of KPIs(PR, CUF, MTTR, MTBF, Aux. consumption etc.) Preparation and updation of INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MANUAL as per ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018. Monthly & Daily reporting of performance to corporate wind team. Legal, Statutory and EHS Compliances management for sites. Responsibility of planning and executing a meeting with our service provider(Suzlon) periodically. Weekly down call as a regional operation support with technology and site team.

 Handling wind asset of 225 MW ( 125 WTGs)Analysed & Corrected De-rated WTG. Worked as a commissioning head of 51 MW S88- 2.1 MW Suzlon turbine.  Ensured the wind asset operational reliability & availability as per O&M contract.  Performed power curve deviations analysis wake steering, yaw misalignments corrections with LIDAR. Resolved ROW issues, local political issue, and local civil issues with CFT teams. Done liasoning with local nodal utility agencies. Monthly generation invoices submission and monetary follow-up with TANGEDCO.

• Operation and Maintenance of V100-1.8 MW, V82-1.65 MW, and NM48- 750 KW wind turbine generators of 200 MW WINDPOWER Plant.• WTG commissioning engineer for the model V100- 1.8 MW (Developers are Powerica & Genting).• TOC and STPT of WTG and handover to customer service team. • Expose to DFIG, Grid converters, Transformers, Motors, Switch gears, Control Panels, Sensors, Actuators, Valves etc.• Adhering to various documents for maintenance, inventory, calibrations, training, mock drills etc.• Take corrective and preventive action on the defects/Observation found during maintenance• Carry out Wind Turbine Generator modification whenever required and its health monitoring.• TO keep close monitoring of all machines at the site and to maintain records of errors and breakdown of those machines and their root cause analysis.• Reviews engineering documents to ensure that the commissioning & startup requirements are accounted for the in the design.• Proactively planning and organizing the spares and tools requires for maintenance and following calibration.• Ensure a safe work environment by acting in compliance with Vestas HSE requirements.

 Worked as a central SCADA team member for PAN India fleet of wind turbine generators.  Operation & maintenance of 1.5 MW, 1.25 MW, and 600 KW wind turbine generators of 180 MW WINDPOWER Plant. Worked with SAP to create service order, Spare reservations, stock movements & time entries. Experienced at integrating interpersonal and professional skills to facilitate the objectives of improvements in plant performance. Planning & Coordination between the R&D team and sites for better optimization of the Wind turbine generators.  Handling the customers & bankers visit at sites. Implementing O & M activities, Plans & Schedules for maintenance, operations and annual turnarounds with a focus on optimum utilization of manpower, machines & spares. 33KV HT line healthiness checked for smooth operation during HWS. Replaced main components in wind turbines including Generators, Gearbox, Blades, Transformers etc.
