Ideation, strategy development and planning: Created a programme model for combating single-use plastic pollution for implementation in select Bangalore schools. The innovative model focused on incentivising prevention of plastic usage through a multi-stakeholder approach & focused programmatic intervention for initially a pilot phase and followed by an actual implementation phase and then a diffusion phase to other nearby geographies.

Implemented the action research: The action research and campaign conducted in partnership with local NGOs helped influence the policy around domestic workers in West Bengal.2.
