About Chitra Ragavan

For the past 17 years, my mission has been to help CEOs and technology founders survive adversity and tap into their highest potential, serving as their leadership coach, strategic advisor, mentor, and confidante, often at make-or-break inflection points. I have done this in key roles as an executive coach, in the C-suite as a chief strategy and communications officer, as a senior strategic advisor to the CEO, and as a brand, media, and communications strategist. I write a regular leadership column, "All In," in Psychology Today.
