RESPONSIBILITIES-1. Overall turnover and profitability of the Producer Company as per the business plan developed2. Efficient management of Business operations including Procurement, Storage, Processing and marketingwhile managing the working capital3. Efficient management and control of Cost of operations4. Supporting the functioning of the PE as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) which includesoperations of procurement center, logistics and supply chain, processing center operations, qualitycontrol, distribution, sales and marketing etc.5. Adoption and follow the price discovery mechanism as per SoP and to enable purchasing of F&V atappropriate rates from member farmers6. Initiate to build up share capital of the company7. Conduct market research and building profitable market linkages8. Integration of technology, setting up processing center to explore alternatives for value addition ofprimary produces9. Ensure compliance to Govt. policies and norms10. Facilitate adoption of technology solutions / IT for operations of PEsSkills/Knowledge1. Thorough understanding of the policy environment for promotion of FPOs2. Business operations management skills like planning, review and implementation are extremelyimportant3. Develop linkages with key players in the value chain including market4. In-depth understanding of F&V supply chain management5. Strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills6. Knowledge of technical know-how to engage with a large variety of stakeholders like processors,Retailers, Corporate, traders, input suppliers, government officials, administrative officials, field staff andfarmers to create value for farmers7. Interested to work with rural communities especially women, people from varying backgrounds,demographic characteristics and educational levels

There i work under the guidence of gov officials and gain complete knowledge about the seed ,seed grading ,storage ,and also assisted them in executing several gov.projects and work for the farmer welfare.
