Led research initiatives, contributing articles and modules for offline sessions. Conducted legal research to enhance foundation services. Collaborated with organizations like Pratham Education Foundation and Single Parenting to conduct workshops on mental health topics.

The internship revolved around the contemporary aspects of legal research in Insolvency & Bankruptcy and Company Law.

The project is called ‘The Basicss’, an interview platform, working towards understanding and broadcasting the minds of influential people, showcasing their path to success. As an online interview platform, we work towards understanding the experiences of hardships, failures, and successes to give an insight to the youth as to how the world works and motivate them to never give up.

I got actively involved in court proceedings, filings, drafting, and research. My primary work was focused on a variety of topics including: • Granting of additional TDR for construction of DP Road under Section 126(b) of MRTP Act read with Rule 6 of Appendix W of Development Control Rights, Thane; • Researched on whether lack of opportunity of being heard by the Arbitrator in Application under Section 33 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 leads to violation of the principles of natural justice; •Drafting a Special Leave Petition under Article 136 of the Constitution of India, 1950 against the decision of the Hon'ble High Court of judicature at Bombay challenging the appointment of an Arbitrator under the agreement between the parties.
