As the leader of the Tax function at UGL Group, in collaboration with the CFO, I oversee all aspects of tax advisory and compliance. Leading a dedicated team of talented professionals, we partner closely with the Business on all tax-related matters, including tax compliance, audits, ATO objections, and providing practical tax solutions. We also undertake special projects related to M&A and continuous business process improvements while effectively managing tax risks.

Provide finance and mortgage advice

- Managing the Australian and New Zealand (NZ) tax compliance matters of the BNP Paribas Group which is one of the largest global banks in the world across all businesses within the Group including the: Banking business Custody and fund services business Funds management and distribution business- Overseeing the tax compliance of all major taxes for the Group entities, i.e. Income Tax (IT), Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT), Goods & Services Tax (GST), state taxes etc.- Tax adivsory: Advise and review new business structures, products to access tax risks and implications of the transactions across all businesses within the Group- Assist and managing ATO real time (PCR) reviews, audits, risk reviews.
