Identified and recruited project team staff; implemented hands-on oversight in designing and building the test system; developed key metrics; oversaw logistics and participated in field-test collection of data; performed evaluation of systems noting issues and recommendations for future improvement, all within a 12-month period of performance.

Performed Project Leadership, Risk Management, Systems and Test engineering roles for three telecommunications studies involving undersea fiber optic experimentation, subsurface Remote Operational Vehicle cable excavation/burial tool development, and side-scan sonar proof of concept / observability testing against underwater cables and shapes of interest. Earned Mission Excellence Awards in 2018 and 2019 for exceptional performance during Land and Sea-based tests, completing program milestones on time and within budget. Received a customer rating of 5-star 'Excellent' in Program Management, Technical, Schedule, Cost, and Security, resulting in a 100% contract award fee of over $1.2M.
