As a Customer Experience Advisor, I play a role in enhancing the customer journey of installing fiber connections at homes. My first rotation was within the Digital Sales team Consumer Market, where I had the role to maintain and nurture relationships with our 3rd party E-commerce and affiliate partners. My prime focus was to serve as the main point of contact for these partners, understanding their needs and ensuring that our products and services exceed expectations. This goes with monitoring account performances, track key metrics, and aligning internal goals and strategies.

As part of the Digital Marketing team I was able to assist in producing a wide range of marketing materials for various partners, including eBooks, slide decks and industry papers as well as operating on LinkedIn to drive traffic from potential customers. I have also been actively involved with employee branding, by building brand visibility enhancing our overall reputation in the market. Finally in collaboration with HR I was also responsible for user-friendly and informative resources for existing and new employees to help them with an effortless onboarding experience.

In this role I was responsible for an UX project, carrying out user research, generating customer journey maps by analyzing user data and behavior to then translate these findings into design and prototypes that effectively address users' pain points and meet business goals. In addition, as a consultant I was able to advise stakeholders on future improvements based on my findings by providing a proof of concept and help them understand the potential impact of these improvements.
