● Opening AGM to build the POS system, floor plan, training and steps of service● Hiring, selecting, orienting, training and scheduling● Create wine lists and make wine & spirit flights● In charge of the bar program, including beer, spirits, and wine.● Ordering and inventory● Oversee all front of house restaurant operations● Analyze and resolve any work problems.● Provide training and educational classes (wine, beverage, steps of service) to staff.● Supervise daily shift operations on the floor and ensure a smooth and efficient work flow.
