Responsible for timely resolution and updates with appropriate information and data- Network & Firewall Security – Manage, analyze and control the configuration of network hardware.- Laptop & Desktop – Responsible for the setup and management of hardware & software in a Windows environment.- Servers – Responsible for the setup and management of hardware & software in a Linux environment.- Services – Responsible for the setup and management of LDAP, Proxy, NAS, DNS, DHCP, SAMBA, VPN, DBMS, VM, Firewall rules.- Office Infrastructure & Technology – Responsible for the setup and support of printers, telephones, conference bridges, displays, projection & casting devices, file sharing.- Staff – Provide assistance and solutions to sophisticated programming errors / issues that arise. Provide for a healthy working environment and be able to delegate work efficiently.- Training – Responsible for the training of employees in case of implementation of systems or changes to already implemented systems.- Process & Documentation – Establish norms and support materials for common requests.- Vendor Management – Relationship and account management, consulting with vendors when solution is unclear.- Change Management – Responsible for maintaining and documenting the permissions for higher level management when changes need to be made.
