We monitor live radio streams and channels of social interaction to categorically rank African musicians with the aim of eventually creating long lasting relationships between these entertainers and brands. The data we collect also provides valuable insight to royalty collection organizations and record labels in establishing a royalty payout for artists.The overall goal of the company in the music industry is to see a decline in the unemployment rate in Africa by providing young and upcoming entertainers in Kenya resources and platforms to use while encouraging them to believe in their talents and consequently build lucrative businesses out of them.Responsibilities My role at REQUEST. is to pursue opportunities for long and short term growth from customers, markets and relationships. My department formulates sales and marketing strategies while managing important relationships with our partners and customers. In addition, I spearhead the design of the website and mobile application to ensure high usability and interactivity with our clients. I lead and motivate the whole team into pursuing a common vision at the company.
