The program also included the communication of investment performance and the many complex legislative changes occurring in the Industry with this key stakeholder group.Managed the first media training program for the CEO of Lend Lease Corporate Financial Services and eight direct reports to ensure appropriately trained spokespeople were available to the relevant media with the aim of increasing the profile of the business to the target market which was measured regularly against agreed success criteria.Managed the development and implementation of the first teleworking program for the Lend Lease group effectively reducing the 28% exit ratio of senior employees due to lack of flexible work practices to 12% in the first 12 months.
