Talent Acquisition
Current- Headhunt candidates: Python, PHP, Java, iOS, etc… via networking and Job boards - Design/strategize and manage recruitment programs- Design/strategize and implement employee retention plan- Manage and utilize different channels, tools, and methodologies for recruitment and set up social media communication strategies for different job profiles.- Assist the back office throughout the hiring process (phone interviews, scheduling, CV collection, etc.)- Conduct new employee orientation- Provide regular recruitment-related reports and analysis to the management team- Support Admin staff in organizing events and activities related to employee retention and recruitment- Strategize ways to enhance candidate experience- Perform related duties as assigned from the General Manager.- Internal communications
