My current job scope is to oversee distributors in Sabah, Malaysia and Brunei, for their sales performance and coverage. In monthly basis, I accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, implementing, and evaluating area for advertising, merchandising with merchandisers/PSR, offer trade promotion programs to retailers and up to developing field sales action plans. Quarterly business review with key local chain group. Whereas at distributor side, I will plan on quarterly and annual budget, quarterly reviewing ROI with distributor, analysing potential competitor's threat and activities, initiating corrective actions plan, forecasting projected business and setting annual goal.I do have at least 2 years experience in handling Sarawak and Brunei market.
