I bring over 20 years experience in both the main areas of publishing—writing, proofreading, designing, publishing—and its ancilliary aspects—author relations, event planning, live events, social media marketing. My writing has been featured in publications such as the New York Times Magazine, Asian American Literary Review, and GEN (a Medium publication), in addition to three books that have made end of year Best Of lists. As an editor, I have helped launched online news sites (The Women's International Perspective), edited a weekly magazine (Cultural Weekly), and most recently have overseen the launch of a daily arts & culture publication (Cultural Daily) in the role of both Editor and CMS expert (WordPress). Furthermore, as a freelance editor, I have worked with numerous authors, helping them finish and sell their manuscripts to Simon & Schuster, Crown and other major and indie publishers.
