My name is Chiwei Lee. I currently work at Elan microelectronics. I am technical PM to support customer to solve the issue about touch pad on their product. In February 2017, I entered Darwin Precision Corporation and was responsible for the management and development of the 49-inch outdoor display that Panasonic commissioned of Darwin. Customer request the design must to meet the compatibility of the previous generation products, also has the high demands of specification. I coordinated customer and R&D teams, we designed products that satisfy customers finally. At the same time I introduced this product manufactured at the mold factory, the iron factory, the molding factory, and the outsourcing manufacturer. Although the schedule was tight, we completed the mass production and product launched on time. In 2012, the Pattern Sapphire Substrate was go places. I joined Phecda Technology co., LTD. We build from scratch. That include clean room designing, facility system and equipment survey. I lead team members to setup clean room, install machine and mass production products. Our team research and develop new process, improve yield and defect. That increase production capacity and reduce costs. We maintain the relations with suppliers to create a win-win situation at the same time. I let engineers apply themself to their job and achieve goals. My first job was at UMC as an etching process engineer. This experience give me serious attitude, and learn the professional knowledge of semiconductor. Responsible for the maintenance of the semiconductor front-end process. In 2009, I join with the expansion of 12inch factory in Tainan. Began to get know more about build the factory and the advanced 40/45 nanometer process. During this time, I was actively to learned the knowledge of equipment and the method of calibration. Jogging and photography are my hobbies. Marathon can keep my body healthy. The training make my mind stronger. That help me to persist in overcoming difficulties. I increase sense of beauty in photography. The art greatly enrich my mind and makes more ideas that help me to solve the problem in work.
