Assist in new country launch: - Perform test and liaison with Country Manager and Engineering team to create a new language code and work perfectly on website and internal system.- Subtitle files testing. (Publishing test, Format error test, Localization font test, Refresh rate test), follow up with the solution, coordinating with the new team to perform testing on their side.- Identify and gather materials (Video files and English Master Files) for localization team in newly launch countries.- Schedule new transcoding time for new countries.- Publish subtitle files from all regional teams. (Malaysia (English, Malay, Chinese), Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar (Burmese and Zwagyi) , Sri Lanka, Pakistan(Urdu), MENA region (Arabic), SSA region(Swahili).- Investigate and find solution for error or problem that been spotted/ reported by Subtitling Coordinators or Customer Service. (Subtitle related error that found on player / website and Proxy video related problem)- Assist and coordinate with Production coordinators of all launched and scheduled launch countries on scheduling subtitle publishing. (Create material that necessary for the publish & tracking process.)-Liaison with Content Operation teams regarding content and supporting material delivery schedule.- Collect daily subtitle files from all regions to perform subtitle transcoding (publishing). - Screen & fix Subtitles file naming and designed file format.- Gather Video files for Vendor & Freelancer Coordinators and In House Editors.- Tracking the progress of transcoding and update related trackers.
