We specialize in acquiring distressed off-market luxury waterfront condominium complexes in prime locations, then completing and repositioning them using sustainable and environmentally-friendly best practices. Finally, we exit the project in a responsible way so as to maximize returns while minimizing risk to our partners and investors, with the intent to always leave the development a greatly-improved asset, and well-positioned to benefit the surrounding community.

We are a multi-family investment group, and currently principal owners of 152 units and partners in 100 additional units in emerging markets in the Southeastern U.S. We specialize in sourcing off-market residential properties, then adding value over a mid-term holding period by repositioning and rehabilitating the property with the goal of providing clean, safe and affordable housing for the working-class families who call our properties home.
