Lead a team of 10 backend developers with the mission of enabling Cisco Catalyst networking gear on Meraki’s ‘cloud’ dashboard. Drove the implementation, with guidance from business stakeholders, through the initial proof of concepts, private beta, general availability (GA), and adoption of the service. • Collaborated with product teams to scope and deliver the MVP features for ‘Catalyst Cloud Monitoring’ - new backend services, APIs, scheduled-tasks, and data pipelines - enabling network visibility, connectivity, and troubleshooting. • Coordinated with SRE and security teams to launch and support our novel “Catalyst Cloud Monitoring” backend services on existing Meraki EKS and UCS infrastructure, enabling Meraki Dashboard capabilities for thousands of production Catalyst customers globally. • Championed agile and iterative development practices in the team by streamlining CI/CD and improving automated test practices for our services, bringing production deployment times down from over one day to less than one hour• Defined and executed on a performance test plan which identified several bottlenecks, inefficient pipelines, and concurrency defects. Designed and implemented a novel controller platform for Catalyst networking devices. Worked with Technical Marketing Engineers to build an automated scheduling tool that will aid in the training of product managers and sales teams. The internal tool automated the configuration of the test lab topologies and managed user access and scheduling of lab resources. The scheduling login was integrated with Cisco's LDAP system so users could authenticate with their existing credentials.

Provided strategic insights for management in the information systems department via data collection, analysis, visualization and presentation.
