Lafarge (France) had five Technical centers around the world, and I worked for Process for cement plants in Lafarge Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, Japan, Europe and Africa for two years in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia (2002-2004), for five years in Beijing China (2009-2013), for two and half years in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia and in Lyon France (2014-2016).3. Experience *. Plant operationFrom 11mil-ton/year (2016-2021) and 7.6mil-ton/year (1988-2016) cement plants, I have experience in almost all processes, from cement raw material grinding to pyro process, cement grinding and quality control. *. Cost reductionUnder the belief that "Cement plant is no longer Cement plant, but its alternative fuel and alternative raw material treatment plant," I used alternative fuels and raw materials as much as possible to reduce costs.Have experience to use Refused plastic fuel (RDF), Refused plastic Fuel (RPF), Landfill waste mining and it’s use, Waste tire (Whole tire and Chip tire) Waste wood, Waste saw dust, Waste driven liquid fuel (WDF), Palm kerned shell (PKS), etc. Especially low-quality plastics, I used about 120mm size plastic against other plants using smaller than 50mm, which is good quality plastic in Korea. After applying this method, all cement plants have adopted this low quality plastic burning method, and current waste plastic market in Korea applies it as a quality standard. I used this low quality plastic up to 25% of SHC.I used Wet and dry organic sludge from sewage treatment plants for the first time in Korea and successfully achieved for 4.5 ton/hour of wet sludge feed.Performed the installation, commissioning and normal operation of chlorine bypass system, which is the must equipment in waste plastic using plant.Cement plant process improvement for 100% Pet-coke use.Installed, commissioned and operated normally for 9.8MW and 19.7MW waste heat power generation facilities (WHR).4. Future aspirationsI want to apply all the technologies that I can do to solve the difficulties of the plant, support the management of the company for higher efficiency, and improve skill of young engineers.
