The process can include system data management and process reviews, system audits, proactive systems advice, tender writing, vendor screening, selection and contract negotiation. We also provide guidance on financial data structures, data management and report development. Our aim is to help clients acquire their optimal business system platforms and all that have leverage these to accelerate pathways to profit and growth through improved visibility and control. We bring a unique perspective to our clients, garnered from extensive practical experience and deep engagement with the finance and planning systems used across the globe, all of which contributes to helping them adopt solutions which meet exacting demands for insightful and integrated data.During the course of our work we've assessed dozens of systems for functionality, price and support and compiled a considerable empirical data set on the ERP and financial planning software marketplace. This has enabled us to benchmark all software and ensure it is fit for purpose, both culturally and commercially.
