CurrentAs the Director of Operations, my priority is to ensure all projects are moving efficiently, staying on time and within budget; and employees are hitting deadlines. I am the lead project manager for our enterprise clients and complicated projects. I provide the necessary support and tools to ensure employees can successfully do their work, and grow in their roles and as people.* Promoted to Directory of Operations due to my operations capabilities, and managerial and process experience.* I ensure the company runs smoothly, managing the day-to-day operations, processes, and tools needed to complete work as efficiently as possible. * Increasing productivity by 75%, by refining our project management system, and building the necessary processes for our growing agency to have a future-forward foundation, including employee onboarding and training programs, honing in the project process, client onboarding, and more.* Oversee the tech stack, aligning tools with the processes and needs of the team* Work in multiple capacities, (training and education, HR, IT, etc.) to support employees in completing their work but to grow in their roles and as people.* Manage a team that includes a Project Manager, Sr. Copywriter, and Sr. Graphic Designer, where we work together to keep projects moving smoothly throughout their journey.* Support team members as a project manager for various client projects, work directly with clients, vendors, and freelancers.* Work collaboratively with other teams and participate in Leadership Meetings and activities.
