This role is based around offering support to young people ages 13-17 in Coventry within the police cadets and to support our Volunteer Cadet Leaders by ensuring they have access to opportunities to offer our young people. This is to allow our young people to develop life skills, access new opportunities and to experience new things.I engage with the local community to ensure all adults and children have knowledge of our local Police Cadets and that this is accessible for everyone in Coventry ages 13 - 17 and equally the opportunity to volunteer as a Cadet Leader and inspire our young people.
