Dating back to before I could speak, I've been enthralled by the voice of the people; one of my earliest memories is of delivering an incomprehensible speech to my fellow toddlers at a playground. My passion for advocacy, public speaking, and leadership has only intensified over time, inspiring me to increase my community involvement.As an active member of the CHS Model United Nations and Mock Trial clubs, I've built a strong understanding of geopolitics, the New Jersey legal system, and effective verbal and written communication tactics. I've carried this knowledge into my internship with Mayor Dafis at the Township of Maplewood, where I've played an active role in local government by collaborating with a diverse range of township departments. I strive to help others voice their opinions and garner positive change, which I've achieved by honing children's English skills as an academic tutor and building voter engagement as a volunteer with Mikie Sherrill for Congress.
