As a volunteer in the Make a Change Club, I gain valuable experience packaging and distributing essential hygiene products to those in need while assisting with fundraising efforts to support the organization's mission. This role has helped me develop strong teamwork, organization, and communication skills.At UNCW, I serve as a Desk Receptionist in the dormitories, where I answer front desk phone calls, check in and out visitors, and address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
