I have worked in hospitality for 2 years which gave me valuable knowledge and skills in customer service and responsibility for peoples food, money and service. I achieved 10 GCSE’s from grades 5-8 (C-A*) in 2020. I am IT literate and maths capable. I studied Business, Psychology and Product Design at A-Level (Year12 only) so have a good understanding of finances and technology before leaving to study an apprenticeship. I have completed an apprenticeship for level 3 travel consultant with two distinctions in a written exam and a professional discussion. This is in an office, dealing with customers face to face daily and over phones and online. I have also won regional “Apprentice of the year 2022”. I have recently been promoted to an assistant manager within TUI also. Where I am continuing to develop my management skills and style, learn how to run a business and work towards many targets.
