As a business analyst in the PMO team I predominantly worked on the rebrand of First Utility to Shell Energy Retail. This work included conducting an impact assessment against all customer journeys and supporting the New Product Development in defining, creating and implementing the company's Customer Value Proposition to be launched alongside the rebrand. Other work in this role includes the implementation of GDPR and a new IVR solution.

Working as a Technical Business Analyst, I worked alongside solution and functional architects (internal & Oracle) to define and implement technical solutions.
