In this job, brand experience and product knowledge were vital. It was essential that I ensured my team and I was always up to date on the new seasons’ styles, both menswear, and womenswear. I conducted energetic monthly training sessions and development plans with my team communicating the importance of brand experience and everything that can affect both FOH and BOH. I was extremely positive and enthusiastic with my team encouraging them to succeed in all targets. Throughout their shifts I set challenging incentives which motivated them for the day; I believe a little competition goes a long way. I ensured my team was groomed and incorrect uniform and if not, I was able to take things further which may follow with disciplinary actions. I was also able to sign off uniform when new season directives were released. I was extremely confident in planning and executing floor moves and maintaining and developing floor sets. My time management skills are strong, I am able to schedule rotas, prioritize tasks, and delegate accordingly to the right people. I had the responsibility of managing profit protection, ensuring that we were aware of stock levels in conjunction with sales. Whilst I was my position at AllSaints, gave me a strong understanding in dealing with the importance of Key Performance Indicators especially since Units Per Transaction were a strong focus in the Fenwick store at the time. Health and safety was a strong factor in my management position, keeping to set protocols and risk assessment to provide a safe environment for both staff and customers.

My responsibilities were delivering a premium, genuine, and tailored customer service experience. I also helped the management team communicate and motivate team members to achieve targets and operational success of the concession. I actively engaged and undertook duties that supported the store operations, for example, fitting room service, till transaction, keeping the storeroom tidy and clean, processing deliveries, and handle product movement which included replenishment and visual merchandising.
