I curated product interactive programming including dinners, after parties, VR screenings, Q&A panels, fan giveaways, and content creation.✯ Led Samsung’s participation in various festival, including Sundance and Essence. Acted as the liaison between Samsung and festival leadership to oversee the sponsorship and implement the user experience. ✯ Developed programming for the new Samsung 837 Experiential Space in New York. Managed culture-centric events by partnering with leaders in film, fashion, food and music. Events included weekly culinary demonstrations with enthusiasts, Oscar-nominated movie screenings and private award viewing parties, SXSW Festival live-streamed panels and musical acts, hosted the official CFDA Awards after party followed by monthly activations highlighting CFDA members and their emphasis on technology.

I oversaw all domestic and international red-carpet premieres as well as played an integral part of the studios plans for The Hunger Games traveling museum and movement into amusement park attractions. ✯ Laid the groundwork for the world press tour to premiere The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 in Beijing China. Worked with Beijing distributor to identify and secure event production vendor, press conference and premiere venues, security, and talent accommodations. Instrumental in securing a Grand Hyatt sponsorship for Beijing and Seoul press tour stops. ✯ Championed the second and third installment of The Hunger Games Franchise - Catching Fire and Mockingjay Part 1 world premieres. The MJ PT1 impressive white carpet was compared by press to the Academy Awards in both presence and magnitude and described as thematic and slick. Single handedly produced an event for 5000 people at Nokia Theatre LA Live. Oversaw everything from event production, ticketing, security, hotels and transport, talent participation in Los Angeles, New York, London and Cannes Film Festival. ✯ Instrumental in the franchise partnership with Samsung: Collaborated with all supporting parties to create unique experiences for the fans using Samsung’s latest devices. Contributions included exclusive trailer screenings, unique shareable photo experiences, promotional pop-up events in New York and Comic Con, all resulting in large fan impressions and mania.

I acted as the point between publicity and marketing and studio and vendors. Involved in management and production of all Lionsgate premieres and events for filmmakers, press, partners, and fans. I oversaw budget, staffing, guest list, red carpet and after-party build, theatre seating, press, and celebrity wrangling. I ultimately developing and implementing internal premiere procedures for the studio. I held responsible for the booking of hotel rooms for all junkets and long lead days. Built, maintained, and leveraged relationships with key hotel and event venue managers to secure competitive rates and access. I spearheaded the coordination of Lionsgate’s Comic Con presence from working with marketing on their vision for booth design and fabrication to identify and appoint a showrunner for Lionsgate’s panel. Worked closely with publicity on talent schedules, housing, and staffing.
