As a gym instructor and personal trainer, my role is to inspire and guide individuals towards their fitness goals. I design personalized workout plans tailored to each client's needs, considering their fitness level, preferences, and any limitations. Whether it's pushing someone through a challenging workout or celebrating their progress, I strive to create a supportive and empowering environment that fosters growth and achievement. Catering for boys and girls aged between 6-14 years of age in the Limerick and Kerry regions. My role as a coach at the FAI summer soccer camps has been incredibly fulfilling and exhilarating. Guiding young aspiring soccer players through games, tactics, and matches has allowed me to share my passion for the sport while nurturing their skills and confidence. Witnessing their progress and enthusiasm on the field each day is truly rewarding. Beyond teaching technical aspects of the game, I've had the opportunity to impart valuable lessons on teamwork, sportsmanship, and resilience. Building rapport with the campers and fostering a positive learning environment has been at the heart of my experience, ensuring that every participant feels supported and motivated to reach their full potential.
