About Chloe Bucher
I am a 2015 graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. After graduation, I moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to work for an electrical supply distributor as a data analyst for a key product category, eventually gaining cross-company exposure and providing insights for countless slices of the business. I graduated from the Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law with my Juris Doctor degree. Upon taking the bar exam I began work at a general practice firm where I am able to apply the skills legal skills I learned as a law clerk. My practice has primarily focused on Domestic Relations, Landlord-Tenant, Probate, and Estate Planning, but I am working slowly gaining experience in other areas of the law in order to call myself a true general practitioner. I currently reside in Hubbard, Ohio where I live with my husband, our son, and our two dogs.

During my time as manager I had a laundry list of responsibilities, that included shift management, cash flow management, new employee training, and inventory management. In order to qualify for this position, knowledge and experience for all points of service is required. These skills included cashiering, acting as barista, stocking the entire store, running the deli, and having a knowledge of the dish cleaning and store sanitizing process. Additional abilities honed while working as manager include strategization and customer service. Strategizing became extremely important when employees began to have attendance issues, leaving the shift short handed. Customer service is always important in an service industry, especially when working in a 24-hour library at 10 P.M. on a Wednesday!

To provide services in a timely manner, I found it important to follow the correct procedures and communicate with my fellow crew members in order to create a quick plan when procedures failed.
