I currently work as a Senior Administrator for Harbour Rock Capital, as part of a pension research team. I have excellent communication skills; I regularly interact with clients and external stakeholders via email, telephone and post. I also have strong analytical skills as my current role regularly requires extracting important data from documents.I am currently managing a semi-independent project to increase team efficiency which requires high attention to detail and accuracy. I report back to my line managers regularly with updates and roll out new processes to the team when needed. I am proficient in using Salesforce; I have a keen interest in creating dashboards and reports to analyse and showcase data, which is mainly self taught. I also like to work with Microsoft Excel frequently.
