With over eight years of experience as executive assistant in the hedge fund industry, I have developed strong competencies in multi-tasking, communication, and organization. I am passionate about supporting the investment teams and the CLevel Executive at Citadel.I value teamwork, excellence, and diversity, and I strive to bring a positive and collaborative attitude to every project and task.As a research assistant at Citadel, I assist the portfolio managers and analysts with various research and administrative tasks, such as preparing expenses reports, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and liaising with companies and brokers. Currently I am supporting the Enterprise COO APAC, the Head of People APAC, Client and Partner Group, the GQS COO APAC, and the APAC Tech Lead with their operational needs. I leverage my communication and organization skills to ensure smooth and efficient workflows, and to foster strong relationships internally and externally.
