• Support CEO and entrepreneurial think tanks in intimate strategic discussions creating 8+ executive transformations• Provide infrastructure, data and logistics support to our international teams in Guadalajara, Mexico and Shanghai, China who were engaged in special client projects• Provide technical and operational support for monthly Peer Advisory Forum strategy meetings for multiple businesses• Facilitate break-out teams consisting of 3-5 entrepreneurs/CEOs to understand, analyze and develop strategic action plans for business development issues such as re-branding and market positioning

• Managing company's public WeChat account by analyzing article content, concluding followers’ feedbacks and reporting back to top managers• Presenting error detection to top managers through proofreading expense report and balancing income statement • Coordinating conferences and tradeshows, including conducting participant registration, answering all event-related questions, and preparing daily event summations• Assisting 2017 OCVA and Disneyland APA Sales Tour Operator Trade Show• Working across departments to assist on any coordination or operational needs
