Self employed since 2017 developing management capabilities and crisis management strategies, useful not only to myself but for the benefit of any future employers.In 2014 I became disabled with a multiple sclerosis diagnosis and remained working until taking voluntary redundancy in 2017.I have spent my time since undergoing surgery and an intense disease modifying treatment. Thanks to a surgeon and access to new medication I am now in a position to once again look to return to work.In my next role I want to make a difference in improving the public sector using the experience gained in my career. This includes risk and compliance management, lean manufacturing, audit,outsourcing,money laundering, fraud, debt management,mortgage arrears(all both NI and RI).
