Responsible for managing program data sources for TAFE Infrastructure NSW capital investment program and developing high quality, complex financial analysis, modelling and reporting that assists in understanding potential outcomes of complex asset related issues. My role performs a range of strategic and operational support activities to track and improve financial accountability, enhance program effectiveness, assist decision making and promote stakeholder confidence, including:Implement the Investment and Capital Delivery governance framework by ensuring a systems approach to integrating strategy, planning, documentation, processes, controls, change, reporting, risk management, status reporting and continual improvement.Design and implement an effective system for capital project monitoring and reporting against performance and cost measures, including financial analysis and forecasting, that best meets stakeholder needs.Regularly track, analyse, and report on performance against progress, budget, identifying issues, facilitating resolution in collaboration with program managers and/or project directors across the capital program and appropriately escalating significant matters, to support the strategic and tactical management of the program.Establish relevant reports for key stakeholders including Steering Committees, Executive Committees, and the Minister’s Office to effectively inform stakeholders.Undertake detailed analysis, facilitation, and documentation of activities to ensure the program is supported by and delivers reports based on reliable informatics.Establish and manage program data sources to ensure a platform of robust and reliable information drives strategic and tactical decision making.Provide input into risk and issue identification and management, reporting and communication to ensure compliance with government and departmental legislation, rules, and guidelines.

Provide financial consulting, reporting and advice to senior stakeholders including capital expenditure analysis, property portfolio financial analysis, divestment analysis and fee for service business forecasting, margin analysis and project costing for relevant business partner.Detailed knowledge of business activities and their financial impact and the ability to advise and influence business leaders with respect to outcomes and implications of activities.Develop forecasting models and other processes used for producing the business's base and stress scenario forecast projections, and the analysis of current and past trends in business performance including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures and causes of variances.Ensure all transactions and associated reporting is provided efficiently and accurately for management review as well as timely delivery of key inputs for financial statements, and the Preparation of Board reports as required on financial and investment services activities and outcomes.Manage the ongoing analysis and monitoring of cash flow forecasts to ensure that income generated through the business's activities is sufficient to fund commitments.Work with Treasury and other agency stakeholders to ensure delivery of state sector budget inputs, new policy proposals and adjustments to budget in a timely and accurate manner.Support PAG lead initiatives by providing sector wide financial analysis for whole of government adoption.Develop reporting to support strategic initiatives and oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plans, Modelling Tools and Ad-hoc reporting for the business.
