After 10 years in a digital communication agency, I am currently the Managing Director of Land Aventure event agency based in the Southwest and in Spain.Being in constant contact with a network of service providers and partners: caterers, servers, hostesses, animators, artists, lighting designers, sound engineers ..., this allowed me to develop my managerial and team management skills multidisciplinary.We manage the organization of different events such as seminars, incentive, more than 100 activities, theme evenings: Basco-Landais, Salsa, Cuban,.We offer top athletes and sports clubs, their pre-season preparation. We have also developed a consulting department in which stakeholders share their experiences with the business world: top athletes, neuroscience consultants, management.One of my strengths is listening, interpersonal skills and open-mindedness in order to be able to value, take into account and respond adequately to the specifics emanating from customers.As managing director, I manage with my team the design of an event: from the idea to the implementation, whether it is symposia, seminars or more unique events. I therefore have to present to the client an event that best meets their needs in terms of ideas and innovations while respecting the predefined specifications.I also take care of the choice of providers who best meet the criteria required by the client, whether for events in the Southwest or in Spain.
