BiographyChloe Chen, Chloe Chen was born in 1986 and educated at the Kaohsiung Medical University, Taiwan. She managed project case between Microsoft and the Ministry of Education limited in 2010. Since 2015 October, she is employed as HRBP in QNAP Systems, Inc., Primarily responsible for full function of human resources. She is also responsible for Global HRBP, Employer Brand and HR Transformation and Technology. Additionally, she designed and implemented strategic talent acquisition program. During 2011 August to 2015 September, she is an Employment Relationship Specialist in Dimension Computer Technology Co., Ltd. Primarily responsible for employee engagement activities (EAPs). She is also responsible for Talent Acquisition and Employee Training. In addition, she analyzes and reports on Government Grants and Competition program.Chloe Chen, Her area of expertise includes employee relations management, human resource management, and organizational behavior. Also, she is a creative experiment planner with positive psychology and system technology. During her studies, she served as important community cadres. She has a positive thinking and can affect people, and have good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
