Job scope：Including but not limited in C&B, ER, recruitment.C&B(70%):1.Make calculation on office and stores annual budget.2.Participate and implement the annual performance evaluation of office and store, calculate annual bonus. 3.Complete the social insurance and housing fund adjusted.4.Complete the annual compensation and benefits survey.5.Complete the yearly special flexible man-hour system.6.Collect the monthly office and store attendance record, calculate employee salary, ensure timely and correct payment of salary.7.Monthly social insurance and provident fund payment, declaration, social security cost audit and payment application.8.Complete the monthly HR report (e.g. labor cost, cost tracking and other data analysis report).9.Liaise with HR vendor to make sure everything on track and build up vendor annual auditing mechanism. 10.Provide retail team with advice about the adjustment of salary structure, allowance. 11.Participate and support C&B programs (such as Job Grading, FESCO implementation, commercial insurance implementation).12.Make SOP of payment process and other C&B policy and procedures.13.Update local compensation and benefit policy.14.Answer questions about employee salary, social security policy, leave policy, commercial insurance policy and other aspects of the consultation.Staffing(20%):1.Complement the employee handbook.2.Make SOP of store with retail team.3.Execute employee life cycle smooth process via FESCO.4.Conduct employee contract management.5.Responsible for ER Case and reward and punishment of store employees.6.Draw up all kinds of employee certificates.7.Handle the Hukou for employees.8.Support the staff activities (e.g. annual meeting, birthday party).Recruitment(10%):1.Responsible for recruitment of retail positions.2.Participate to maintain the recruitment channel.3.Assist the campus recruitment (e.g. campus event, school business cooperation, intern program).4.Support the Linkedin program.

1.Writing and publishing employment ad., expanding the channel of the recruitment and selection; 2.Recruit retail employee, handle employee induction procedure and induction training; 3.Update empolyees'informtion(including: promotion /demotion /transfer); 4.Keep and update emplyee's personal files, labor contract management; 5.Maintain retail employees'information in WRS and ensure the accuracy of the database; 6.Handle social insurance and provide policy consulting services; 7.Check attendence record of all retil employees monthly; 8.Assist employees' wages calculation and extend; 9.HR reporting & data support; 10.HR projects support and coordination.
