I have had 5 years experience in the workforce, and in those 5 years I have learnt how to be a team leader but also a team member, a teacher but also a student, and have had to manage a team of older people and people with learning disabilities.I have had previous experience with retail and customer service but I am mostly interested in working in Logistics or Warehouse related roles because that's where I excel and have moved up the chain with. In saying that, I am confident in being outside my comfort zone and challenging myself to achieve more.I have a full Victorian driver's license and my own reliable car, I'm able to drive a manual car and have driven a manual for most of the time since receiving my learner's permit.I have received my certificate 3 in Warehousing and Logistics, and have recently received my certificate 4 in Management and Leadership, I have put the things I've learnt from these 2 qualifications into action within my current job role as Warehouse Supervisor at Milspec Manufacturing.
