Converted existing talent relationships such as Amy Holden Jones (THE RESIDENT) and Vera Herbert (THIS IS US) into exclusive overall deals. - Oversaw a team of 3 senior execs and 2 junior execs including an IP exec to help fill the needs of the development and production pipeline.
