As the Assistant Principal of Inclusion and Diversity at Hazel Glen College, I have over nine years of experience in education, with a focus on creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all students, staff, and families. I lead the inclusion and diversity initiatives across the school, which include developing policies, programs, and practices that promote respect, collaboration, and excellence.In my previous roles as a teacher and an instructional leader, I demonstrated my strong background in educational leadership, strategic leadership, and building community partnerships. I worked with a diverse and talented team of educators, and contributed to the improvement of student outcomes, teacher performance, and school culture. I am always eager to learn new skills and perspectives, and to make a positive impact on the lives and futures of the students and the community at Hazel Glen College.
