Supporting the implementation of systems thinking and gender inclusion workstreams.Supporting the Chief Executive and senior leadership team to plan, deliver and manage a stretching portfolio of internal business change projects in order to deliver an ambitious strategy to 2030, and advising on broader change management, governance and risk.

Climate resilience science to policy, systems thinking and impact programme design for USAID SERVIR Mekong Programme. Developed ADPC’s strategy for 2018-2020, and advising the Chief Executive on strategic partnerships, governance and membership.
