Cancer Support UK - working with them to develop a new three year fundraising strategy. Building a specialist strategy and delivery plan for new Corporate and Community fundraising income streams across the UK. The Ambulance Staff Charity as Interim Head of Fundraising. Supporting them through a period of change to implement and develop key fundraising activities to create long term financial sustainability and team resilience as well as supporting the recruiting of a new fundraising team including the Head of position.Behind Every Kick - supporting the team to create a fundraising strategy and implement new income streams, policies and procedures. Designing and implementing a Trust and Grants strategy and undertaking bid writing for project income and core funding.HMS Unicorn - auditing and reviewing their fundraising activity and creating a short and long term fundraising strategy to increase income to support future capital and revenue work. Alongside supporting their current income streams by undertaking some large funding applications. Vibe Youth - supporting them to create a forward strategy for fundraising including research and creation of a T&G funding pipeline as well as submission of funding bids. Working with companies to create lasting fundraising/pro bono relationships which work for both the charity and the organisation.

Heading up the fundraising strategy and team for all venues and activities across The Cheltenham Trust. Creating a fundraising strategy from scratch and managing activity from a variety of income streams including Trust and Grants, Corporate Partnerships and Individual Giving.Key achievements to date:- £300k grant secured from Arts Council England Museum Resilience Fund to pilot new models and increase long term sustainability of The Wilson Art Gallery and Museum- £125k grant secured from DCMS/Wolfson Foundation Museum Improvement Fund for a capital project to reopen a closed gallery- £336k grant secured from Sport England Swim Local fund to undertake capital and revenue projects at Leisure At to increase participation in swimming- £55k grant secured from Cheltenham Borough Council to fund a specialist disability hoist for the swimming pool to allow fully inclusive use of our facilities- Corporate partnerships with Farrow and Ball, Fresh Art Fair and SoGlos - £3,500 raised through Crowdfunding to enable vital conservation work to happen on an important item of local history within our collection
