I was promoted to host Online workshops (available for all UK HC customers), which was a remote position that required me to work from home. I actively pursued training to enhance my skills for career advancement. My outgoing nature ensures excellent customer service. I collaborated with JF Renshaw and Rainbow Dust on a Christmas Online Workshop where I worked alongside various team members on the design, cost and logistics of the overall workshop. I hosted Wellbeing Webinars for Hobbycraft colleagues, offering craft workshops from home to support their mental health.

I hosted 2 Facebook Lives on the main Hobbycraft Account, created 6 Blog Posts for the Ideas Hub and published my very own Realistic Cake Recipe Book through their Dragons Den style Product pitch day.
