I am a training psychologist, researcher, freelance writer, shadow worker, and forever student of the world. I've dedicated my life to pursuing truth, while fully embracing the ever-shifting nature of “truth.” I have a degree in Contemplative Psychology with a dual concentration in Somatic Psychology and Transpersonal/Humanistic Psychology and am currently pursuing my MA/Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Depth Psychology. A lover of all sentient life, I am a fierce seeker of evolving self-awareness and collective understanding/compassion. Through my devotion to the shadow work path, transparency, and grounded care, I provide exceptional support, which highlights my skills in communications, psychology, networking, coaching, and the arts. I have over 15 years of customer relations, seven years of management skills, 17 years of writing, and five years of leadership training. I am versatile, intuitive, resourceful, creative, personable, passionate, and dedicated to being of service to the world.
