I am a qualified adult nurse with extensive community experience, managing complex cases, particularly throughout Covid-19. I have experience in caseload management, long term conditions, as well as team and line management. I have attained a variety of experience in research, from initial identification, set up and running of the study. Confident in data analysis, data extraction and presenting. Proven history of attaining recruitment targets, whilst managing multiple studies in various stages. I am able use connections within current trust to create meaningful relationships with other services, allowing earlier access to potential research studies and bringing in a variety of studies into the trust. I am passionate about promoting positive mental health, both in and out of the workplace, and I continue to provide the role of a mental health first aider, to staff throughout the trust.
