During this time our team were shortlisted for the Best Wellbeing Initiative at the CIPR Excellence Awards. • Smart DCC’s intranet lead. I solely implemented and managed an intranet refresh to give it a new look and structure. We have a 90%+ employee take up on our intranet monthly. • Worked with our Intranet provider to create a mobile version of our site.• Solely procured our new communications platform, Poppulo, which I then used for our weekly newsletter, quarterly eMag and regular communications. Using this new platform increased our newsletter readership to over 58% from 10%.• Created a company Podcast talking about difficult topics such as BLM, Pride and more. • Regularly created posters, banners, graphics, videos, and gifs to be used both internally and externally at DCC. • Helped create and run multiple internal events, some of which were held virtually. I hosted sessions at these events, provided technical support and prepped external speakers on what to expect. I also helped at external events. • Developed and delivered leadership/engagement communications for the senior leaders at DCC including team changes.• Part of the Crisis Communications team and took part in multiple training sessions and practice sessions. • Preformed SEO optimization on our external website. • Part of a team of 3 that created a new external website for DCC.
