I was able to work on Social media advertising, emails, texts, retail store design, consume research. I was able to rearrange the store and advertise store promotions (e.g. Christmas in July). I created polls for consumer research. I was able to work on the store website and recreate a new store label.

I am a behavior technician at CARD. I work with children and help foster their learning abilities.

I shelved books, priced merchandise, and handled money. I also helped with store aesthetics by organizing merchandise and tables.

I was able to communicate with other Pacsun stores and managers in the region in order to problem solve. I was able to work long hours on my feet and carrying heavy objects. I was able to build relationships with customers and create a healthy team environment within employment. I was able to train new employees on sales, cashier, dressing rooms, online orders, etc. I traveled to and from the bank every day to ensure the deposit would be dropped off and we would have an efficient amount of cash in the drawer. I handled money and closing and opening tasks every day. I worked over 40 hours a week and was able to help with scheduling and hiring tasks. I was able to delegate tasks between employees. I worked in a fast paced environment in an efficient way (e.g. Black Friday and back to school). I was able to sign customers up for our rewards program. I was available to work all night and into the morning on inventory control, window displays, and rearranging the store layout.

I was able to communicate well with customers and sell products in a commission like environment. I was able to place online orders and work the cashier.

I was able to build customer loyalty relationships. I worked in a fast paced environment on all holidays and weekends. I was able to complete catering orders on my own while handling cash and dividing up tips for everyone working that shift. I was able to wash the dishes, keep food temperature up to code, and sanitize the work area multiple times a day. I was trusted to open and close the store. I was also able to create new organizational lists that would become the official daily lists used for the store. I was able to use the slicer and to prepare the products for the next day.

I was able to communicate well with customers and fellow employees while also styling customers for hours. I informed customers on different fits, fabrics, colors, and styles of clothing we carried in store and online. I also helped cashier and rearrange store displays.
